Refund/Replacement Policy

Refund/replacement requests will be evaluated/issued for incorrect, damaged, or defective products; requests must be submitted via our contact form within 14 days of product receipt (in most cases, product returns will not be necessary).

Promptly Inspect Product
Please inspect your product(s) immediately upon receipt: if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the problem and quickly issue either a refund or replacement per your request.

Refund/Replacement Request Submission
To request a refund or replacement, email us via our contact form with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. We may request additional information or photos of the item in question to help expedite evaluation and processing. Once we’ve received and evaluated your request and/or additional requested information, we will send you notification of our decision, along with the timeline in which your refund or replacement will be issued if approved.

Refund/Replacement Time Frame
Refunds will be returned onto your original payment method, generally within 5 business days; replacements will be shipped ASAP using the same shipping method used for the original order.

(Also, please keep in mind that it can take extended time—sometimes up to 10 business days—for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund once issued by us. However, if more than 14 days have passed since we approved your refund and you have yet to receive it, please contact us via our contact form.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we generally do not issue refunds or replacements for mere reassessment (change of mind, different color preference, or the like), but only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products, as stated above.
